Expected result
After treatment, the recovery of the skin takes a little week. The final result takes a few weeks to arrive because the body cleans up and breaks down the abnormality itself.

On average, two to three treatments are needed. This depends entirely on the size of the treatment area.

The skin is disinfected before the start of the treatment.
During treatment
With a miniscule needle connected to the coagulation device, the skin defect is heated and will burn away/destroy the abnormality. You can experience a small pinprick. This depends on how sensitive your skin is, but generally people find this very good to handle. After the treatment an after-treatment cream will be applied.
Aftercare
After the treatment, a small crust can arise on the treated spot, this will heal by itself. It is important that you do not scratch the crust and that the crust remains dry for at least five days for optimal healing. It is important that you don't go in the sun or under the sunbed during the first week and that the treated area is protected by at least a factor 30. Finally, it is important that the skin doesn't come into contact with extreme heat such as a sauna or sports for the first 48 hours.
